By placing an order with Saunter Hollow, you agree to the following terms.

1. Pickup & Designated Drop Locations

Saunter Hollow does not ship products and does not offer general delivery.

Orders may be received only through one of the following options:

  • Farm Pickup: Saturday mornings at Saunter Hollow
     

  • Foote Street Church of Christ: Sundays and Wednesdays
     

  • Magnolia Regional Health Center (MRHC): Monday mornings
     

Customers are responsible for retrieving their order at the selected location and time.

Saunter Hollow is not affiliated with or endorsed by the designated drop locations. These locations are used solely for customer convenience.

Perishable items should be refrigerated promptly after pickup.

 

2. 3D Printed Products – 30-Day Replacement Policy

All 3D printed items are locally designed and produced.

If your 3D printed item breaks within 30 days of pickup, we will replace it.

No complicated process. No fine print. If it breaks, we will make it right.

While we will attempt to replace the exact item purchased, substitutions of equal value may be necessary for limited-time, discontinued, or seasonal items.

This replacement policy applies to one replacement per item purchased.

 

3. Egg Quality Guarantee – 30 Days

Our eggs are gathered fresh from our hens and sold directly to customers.

If eggs are cracked at pickup or if you believe eggs were spoiled at the time of pickup, please notify us within 30 days, and we will replace them.

Because eggs are perishable, proper storage is the responsibility of the customer after pickup. We cannot guarantee quality if eggs are stored improperly or left unrefrigerated for extended periods.

Egg availability may vary seasonally.

 

4. Unwashed Egg & Food Safety Notice

Some eggs sold by Saunter Hollow may be unwashed and retain their natural protective coating (“bloom”).

By purchasing eggs, you acknowledge:

  • Raw eggs may contain bacteria, including Salmonella.
     

  • Proper handling, refrigeration, and thorough cooking reduce risk.
     

  • Individuals at higher risk (young children, elderly, pregnant women, and immunocompromised individuals) should exercise caution.
     

Customers assume the inherent risks associated with handling and consuming raw or undercooked eggs.

 

5. Product Use Disclaimer – 3D Prints

3D printed products:

  • Are not certified for food contact unless explicitly labeled
     

  • Are not intended for structural, load-bearing, or safety-critical use
     

  • May contain small parts that pose choking hazards
     

Customers assume responsibility for appropriate use.

 

6. Custom Orders

Custom 3D printed items:

  • Must be approved before production
     

  • Are not eligible for return due to design preference after approval
     

  • May require prepayment
     

Production times may vary.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Saunter Hollow’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

 

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued purchases constitute agreement to the current version.
